Screening services can start immediately for your healthcare system. Our first step is to optimize your data in order to find all possible matches against the OIG LEIE, SAM and any applicable state databases. This process uses our proprietary matching algorithms so that all alternative first name and last name variants are considered during exclusion matching analysis.
Full reporting with results for each person or vendor is provided with a complete Audit Trail for quality assurance. An Executive Summary is also created and reviewed by our senior management to ensure the concise and accurate reporting of all findings.
ContinueCheck® Ongoing Exclusion Monitoring
Your existing data will be re-checked each month using our ContinueCheck® system to identify any new exclusions. Additionally, we will begin monitoring any new employees, providers, volunteers, contractors, and vendors that have joined your organization in the preceding month for new exclusions at no additional cost.
